  • Return Policy: Shipments returned due to incomplete/invalid addresses incur a return shipping fee, and Squeeze is not responsible for these fees. Please verify your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Shipping Methods

  • All shipments are handled by ELTA HELLENIC POST or ELTA COURIER.
  • Squeeze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Deliveries in Greece

  • Delivery Cost:
    • €3,5 charge for orders under €100.
    • Free delivery for orders of €100 or more.
  • Delivery Partner: ELTA COURIER are the exclusive delivery partners for Greece.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
    • Delivery takes 1 to 4 working days, Monday to Friday.
    • Note: Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays are processed the following Monday.
    • Delays may occur due to factors like product availability, strikes, or national holidays.
  • Tracking: Customers receive a unique tracking number via email upon order completion.

Deliveries within the European Union

  • Delivery Cost:
    • €15 charge for all orders and 55€ for orders over 5kg
    • Free delivery for orders of €600
  • Delivery Partners:
    – ELTA POST

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Processing time: 24 to 48 hours.
    • Delivery time: 3 to 6 working days, Monday to Friday.
    • Note: Same restrictions on order processing times as for Greece.
  • Tracking: Customers receive a unique tracking number via email.

International Delivery

  • Shipping Charges Apply: International shipping is available, but fees will apply based on the destination.
  • U.S.A.: Please note that we do not currently offer shipping to the USA.

Multiple Locations Delivery

  • Policy: Orders cannot be split for delivery to multiple addresses. Separate orders must be placed for different shipping locations.
